Before we begin — a few things to know
Come as you are. There is no right way to show up. Comfortable clothes, a quiet space, and an open heart are all you need.
The sessions are recorded. If life happens and you miss a session, the replay will be available for you.
No shamanic experience is needed. I will guide you through everything, step by step.
