How the day flows:
It is an intimate space for women ready to reconnect with their own divinity and learn how to anchor the light in their lives. The numbers are deliberately small to honour the sacred container.
We begin with a gentle ceremonial energy cleanse & set our intentions - a mindful release of what's been weighing on you, and a clear, grounded intention for what you're calling in.
The morning is given to healing meditation (‘Reconnect with your divinity’) which you will then integrate through journaling and meaningful conversation.
After a relaxed and nourishing lunch (included in the price), there will be another healing meditation (‘Anchoring the Light’) and reflective practice to continue the integration of insights from the morning session.
The day ends with a closing ritual to honour your journey and integrate the healing of the day
