How the day flows:
It is an intimate space for women ready to reconnect with their divine nature and spiritual guidance. The numbers are deliberately small to honour the sacred container.
We begin with a gentle ceremonial energy cleanse & set our intentions - a mindful release of what's been weighing on you, and a clear, grounded intention for what you're calling in.
The morning is given to healing meditation (‘Reconnect with your divine nature’) which you will then integrate through journaling and meaningful conversation.
After a relaxed and nourishing lunch (included in the price), there will be another healing meditation (‘Connect with your spiritual guidance’) and reflective practice to continue the integration of insights from the morning session.
The day ends with a closing ritual to honour your journey and integrate the healing of the day
