The ‘Journey to Power’ Shamanic Day Retreat is a sacred space, and I hold it with devotion and integrity.
The number of people in the group is deliberately small so the space remains potent and undiluted.
Whatever brought you to this moment — the feeling stuck, the overwhelm, or the need for respite from the daily grind — it is all welcome here.
You don't need to feel ready. You just need to come.
I am excited to welcome you into my home and the sacred space we will share for the day.

Before we begin — a few things to know
Come as you are. There is no right way to show up. Comfortable clothes, a journal and pen, and an open heart are all you need. Feel free to bring something you would like energised on the altar.
Lunch is provided. Let me know if you have any special dietry requirements
No shamanic experience is needed. I will guide you through everything, step by step.
This Shamanic Day Retreat is for you. There is nothing to perform here. You are not being assessed, observed, or judged. The space belongs to you and the group to immerse in the healing energy and enjoy the opportunity to rest, reflect and reset.
