The ‘Anchor the Light’ Healing Day Retreat is a sacred space, and I hold it with devotion and integrity.
The number of people in the group is deliberately small so the space remains potent and undiluted.
Whatever brought you to this moment — the feeling disconnected, a bit lost, wanting to use your inner light — it is all welcome here.
I will be guiding you through the rituals, meditations, practices and intergrations.
I am excited to welcome you to my home and the sacred space we will share for the day.

Before we begin — a few things to know
Come as you are. There is no right way to show up. Comfortable clothes, a journal and pen, and an open heart are all you need. Feel free to bring something you would like energised on the altar.
A simple nutritious lunch is provided. Let me know if you have any special dietry requirements
No prior meditation experience is needed. I will guide you through everything, step by step.
This Healing Day Retreat is for you. There is nothing to perform here. You are not being assessed, observed, or judged. The space belongs to you and the group to immerse in the healing energy and enjoy the opportunity to rest, reflect and reset.
